Safe Connection
We protect your rights
U.S. Federal law now provides protections to help you separate your mobile line due to violence or abuse.
If you need to separate your line for your safety and independence, we are here to support you. To get started, you will first need to:
                                                    1. Provide the phone number(s) you wish to separate.
                                                    2. Provide any one of the following documents listed below:
                                                     • Signed affidavit from a licensed medical or mental health care provider, victim services provider, or an employee of a court
                                                     • Police report or Police statements provided to Magistrate/Judges
                                                     • Charging documents
                                                     • Protective or restraining order
                                                     • Military protective order
                                                     • Any other official record documenting your situation
Information you provide to us concerning your line separation request is confidential.
You won’t be charged any fees or penalty under federal law when you separate your phone line.
When you separate your line, you may select a service from any of our current offerings such as our Access plans.
